At Nightpaw, we want you and your pets to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we are here to help.

Our 5-Day Guarantee

You may return most unused and unopened items within 5 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as you received them.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at nightpawshop@gmail.com with the following details:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. The name of the item(s) you wish to return.

  3. A brief explanation of the reason for the return.

  4. Photos of the item (if it arrived damaged or defective).

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and provide instructions on where to send the return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging our products, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately! We will work with you to provide a replacement or a refund as quickly as possible.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that show signs of use, pet hair, or damage caused by the pet.
